We are located in Chino, California, and we proudly offer both nationwide shipping and local delivery services.

Order Processing

All of our products are custom-made and produced to order.
Orders are processed based on the requested delivery date selected at checkout.

To ensure timely arrival, all orders are shipped 5 days prior to the requested delivery date.

Nationwide Shipping

We ship orders across the United States via trusted courier services.

  • Free shipping on all orders over $100.

  • Shipping fees for orders under $100 will be calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors such as weather or courier delays.

Customers are responsible for selecting a requested delivery date that is at least 2 days before their actual event date.

Local Delivery (OC or IE)

For customers located within approximately 40 minutes of Chino, CA, we offer local door-to-door delivery for orders over $100.

Local delivery availability will be confirmed after checkout or via direct communication.

Shipping Delays

While we take every precaution to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, natural events, or carrier issues.

  • Delays of 1–2 days caused by such factors are not eligible for refunds if the order still arrives before the event date.

  • If an order is delayed by more than 2 days beyond the requested delivery date, a 100% refund will be issued.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.
