Refund Policy
All of our products are made to order and custom-made, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
We take great care in packaging all orders securely to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. To ensure customer satisfaction, we also include 1–2 extra cookies in each order in case a small number of items are damaged in transit.
In the rare event that more cookies are damaged than the extra quantity provided, we will offer a refund for the affected items, calculated based on the individual price per cookie, excluding the extra cookies included.
Please contact us with photos of the damaged items within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order and receive a 100% refund if the cancellation request is made at least 14 days before the requested delivery date.
If the cancellation is requested within 14 days of the requested delivery date, a 50% refund will be issued.
If the cancellation is requested within 7 days of the requested delivery date, the order is already in the production stage and no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
Shipping & Delivery Delay Policy
To ensure timely delivery, we ship all orders 5 days before the requested delivery date.
When placing a cookie order for an event, customers are responsible for selecting a requested delivery date that is at least 2 days before the actual event date.
In rare cases where shipping is delayed by 1–2 days due to weather conditions or other natural factors, the delivery will still occur before the event date. In such cases, refunds will not be issued. If the delivery is delayed by more than 2 days beyond the requested delivery date, a 100% refund will be provided.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
